World-Record Pickleball Lesson 🏆
A new world record was achieved in Illinois! Mark Miller, the Chicago Slice, and 444 kids teamed up to set the record for the world’s largest pickleball lesson.

Waters, Sewing, and Munro Stay Winning

The APP Tour delivered another showcase of dominance from the sport’s top players at its home base in Fort Lauderdale, The Fort. In men’s singles, Ammar Wazir cruised to the final and captured gold after a strong showing against rising talent Dustin Boyer. Sofia Sewing added another highlight to her season, winning the women’s singles title before pairing with Shelby Bates to claim gold in women’s doubles. Jack Munro continued his winning ways, securing titles in men’s doubles with Will Howells and mixed doubles with Megan Fudge. Making her APP Tour debut, Seone Mendez made an immediate impact, earning bronze in women’s singles.

Out west at the PPA Vegas Cup, Anna Leigh Waters earned her remarkable 37th career triple crown, sweeping singles, women’s doubles with Anna Bright, and mixed doubles with Ben Johns. Johns also prevailed in men’s doubles, teaming up with Gabriel Tardio to outlast Christian Alshon and Andrei Daescu in an electrifying five-game final. In men’s singles, Roscoe Bellamy delivered a breakout run to the championship match, defeating several top seeds, including No. 1 Hunter Johnson, before ultimately earning silver against Federico Staksrud.
